DAY 1: LIGHT
THE AUTHENTIC SELF
Cosmic power or light is also viewed as ‘light-love’ and is the essence of reality. Science and spirituality concur that everything physical has its origins in energy, power or cosmic light/spirit/love. This is the truth/Truth that permeates everything and everyone – even if you know, agree or agree with it or not. Cosmic Light-love binds and keeps everything and everyone together – as one unified whole that is oneness, wholy – holy.
THE SHADOW EGO-SELF
Shadow dwellers are unaware, mindless or not conscious of our basic essence of light (light-love). They live on the lower physicality and frequencies of ignorance, discord, apathy, destruction, pain and despair. Here they experience darkness, the lie and separation from their true essence and authentic home. The shadow ego-self develops different dark and depressing mechanisms in order to survive. This illusionary ego-self is driven by self-preservation, fear and anxiety.
FOR TODAY
Stay conscious of the two polarities and what they stand for. Remember there is only cosmic light that is love-light, Source, God or any name you would like to choose. The rest is an absence of light that in essence is an illusion. Be mindful of the shadow ego-self living the illusion and the authentic enlightened self, looking for and living Truth. Herein lays your first step to happiness.
